When I set up my blog, back in 2012, I wasn’t aware that ‘blogging’ was even a ‘thing’; let alone a sub-culture in it’s own right.
I had no idea that by pressing publish on my first blog post, I would be catapulted into a huge digital world; that would eventually bring me new friends and a brand new career.
But there’s a lot more to blogging than simply writing your posts.
Writing a successful blog entails so much more. Photography, editing, SEO, networking and a myriad of other skills that I’ve learnt along the way.
